BINS ARE NOT TO BE MOVED EXCEPT BY BIN MASTER DRIVER

PRICES: DEPOSITS ARE BY VISA OR MC

10-20 yard bins: $175 rental fee + $70 per tonne + tax. (1 tonne minimum) Deposit $300 - Minimum charge with 1 tonne $276.85

30 yard bin: $205 rental fee + $70 per tonne + tax. (1 tonne minimum) Deposit $350 - Minimum charge with 1 tonne $310.75

40 yard bin: $425 rental fee + $70 per tonne + tax. (1 tonne minimum) Deposit $600 - Minimum charge with 1 tonne $531.10

NOTE: 40 yard bin rentals are not for residential driveways.

Additional charges will be applied if you are out of the Windsor, Tecumseh, Lasalle area; the charge depends on the property location.

10 yard bin rental for CLEAN CONCRETE ONLY - no bricks/clay-based products: $325 + tax (+ delivery if outside the Windsor/Tecumseh/Lasalle & part of Lakeshore area)

10 yard bin rental for CLEAN SOIL ONLY: $325 + tax (+ delivery if outside the Windsor/Tecumseh/Lasalle & part of Lakeshore area)   NOTE: Rental for soil removal is not available through the winter & early spring months.

The above prices are for a 7 day rental. A $10 charge will be added for each extra day after 7 days.

BE SURE THE LOAD IS LEVEL WITH THE SIDES OF THE BIN - A TARPING CHARGE MAY APPLY IF THE LOAD IS ABOVE THE SIDES OF THE BIN.

Bin rental charges are for each rental, which is the delivery & pickup, so if a bin is dumped and returned, or swapped out for another, that is another rental and all charges are re-applied.

From your deposit, your rental charge, weight, and HST will be calculated. If your total is under the deposit charge, a return will be issued. If the total is over, you will owe the difference which will be charged once the invoice is prepared and total is determined

Place EMPTY Refrigerators, Freezers and Air Conditioners, Water Coolers at the back of the bin near the bin doors​

** JACUZZI TUBS & HOT TUBS MUST BE CUT UP OR A $95.00 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED + THE WEIGHT**

    *PLEASE PLACE BLOWN-IN INSULATION IN BAGS*

     Electronics and yard waste can be placed in the bins. 



POLICY

The policy and agreement for Bin Master is as follows:

BIN MASTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE PAST THE CURB.

Please DO NOT dispose of any of these items in any of our bins:

​

• NO TIRE(S) - THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 CHARGE PER TIRE

• NO Containers of Paints, Paint Thinners, Stains, Varnish (a $10 charge for each will be added )

• NO Propane Tanks - $25.00 each will be added

• NO Hazardous Materials ( Asbestos, Lead, etc. ), Bio-hazardous Materials

• Medical Isotopes

• Ammunition

• Aerosol Cans, Cleaning Products/Chemicals/car care products

• Batteries

• NO containers of Motor Oil / Oils of any kind/Gasoline/Fuels/Anti-Freeze/Kerosene (a $10 charge for each will be added )

• Pesticides and Fertilizers

• NO RAILROAD TIES AT ALL - A $50.00 CHARGE FOR EACH WILL BE ADDED

• Large Tree Stumps (Nothing 18" or wider in diameter)
